I had the opportunity to redesign the Payment section of the application. After speaking to our users and customer support specialists, it is clear that the users find it confusing and difficult to complete this section.

Before - users must choose from the 3 options of:
1️⃣ Payment Varies Constantly
2️⃣ Payment Variance is Not Constant
3️⃣ Payments Remain the Same

Even though I tried to spice it up with emojis, I bet you still skipped over reading the 3 options because it doesn't make any sense. Don't worry! You're not alone. The accountants (our users), doesn't get it either.

After - The new design allows for users enter any lease payment structure without having to decipher the meaning of the 3 options and deciding which option to apply to them.
