Update to Team Profiles: Mobile

Liferay.design is one of my favorite side projects — it's a lot of fun implementing ideas that we come up with!

We'd been sorely in need of an update — the original mobile version was kind of an afterthought, and we'd been wanting to add links to Figma, GitHub, personal websites, and social media accounts.

@ryconn888 did a couple desktop explorations — I took and sketched out some ideas for mobile in Figma and then polished it all in-browser.

With 30+ profiles, there's a wide range — a few of the things we had to design for:
- designers who didn't put any links yet
- designers who only wanted to put 1 or 2 links
- designers who had 6 or 7
