CHALLANGE
LABTAM is a leading provider of pharmacogenetic testing kits around the globe, and a trusted partner to the foremost medical experts in the field. Their goal was to create a website that would facilitate the process of integrating DNA information and a curated list of medicine for patients.

BRIEF
Litebox called us to work with them for their client: LABTAM, to think and design a simple and friendly experience for the users to upload their DNA information and then, once processed, get a detailed report on the drugs and medicines that best match their unique characteristics. Up to this point, LABTAM was using an overcomplicated excel form for the users to fill out, and they wanted to reduce the friction that this caused on the user journey.

WHAT WE DID
We worked through a well-defined process of research, visual inspiration, UI kit, UX, and UI to rethink the data entry process, and each of the instances to craft a really straightforward user experience that allows the user to be in control of the whole process while it remains easy and friendly.
