Night Out in the Parks 2013 Posters

A pair of poster/booklet cover designs I created for the 2013 season of Movies in the Parks and Theater on the Lake that I should have posted forever ago. These were part of the Chicago's summer parks program, Night Out in the Parks.

I only got a chance to rebrand a small portion of the summer programs in 2013, but with those I did I tried to introduce a color-coding system, where I stuck with B&W + a single, relatively bright color per program. I thought the vibrant colors balanced nicely with the vintage aesthetic. I'm revamping the idea this year, and I will be expanding the color-coding system into other programs. Most typography is custom lettering.
