The motivation to design such a product is because I wanted to share my successful experience in workout exercise and keep fit. I was overweight, so I targeted to lose weight in a short time. I browsed lots of materials online and applied these to practice, including keeping exercises, eating fitness diets, etc. After I achieved the goal, I realized that avoiding weight regain and keeping a sustainable fitness life is much more crucial for everyone who wishes to stay healthy. The life-long practice is hard for mortals, and it is easy to fall into a wrong path. Thus, an easy-to-use assistant tool would definitely help to turn these practices into habits and keep on the right track. I hope to deliver an app of fitness knowledge and best practice for everyone to maintain a healthy life.
