3D Interaction - UI/UX Design

Just playing around incorporating 3d elements to mobile UI/UX. As a result, you can see a smooth transition on a screen.

Feel free to share your thoughts about 3D elements in UI/UX design. Will this trend be so popular as gradients or flat? Or maybe you think that 3D elements are not useful for modern products?
