Renaissance Boy album inspired artwork

Renaissance Boy is the first full-length album by LA-based music producer Galimatias. The sonically coherent album was thoughtfully sequenced to be played as a whole without skipping a track.

In an interview, the artist mentioned that "the renaissance boy hopes to grow up to be the renaissance man. The pleasure of creation is in the growth. I’ll never be a renaissance man of music because that pursuit is infinite, but I’ll always strive towards it." As a creative myself, I resonate with the idea of the indefinite forms of unfolding as you continue on the journey of creation.

The poster design is inspired by the album artwork: the blurry cover captures the essence of ambiguity — a theme of the songs about not knowing where you stand with a person, whether to wait or to let go.
