Two variations on Material notifications

Two bold variations on a little dialogue for user requests. In this case, we wanted to communicate to users and prospective customers that certain features weren't available for the languages they were analyzing. Following Material Design spec and using simple components, we're telling em' what's missing and giving them a button to hit to let the product team know it is wanted.
