I think current Iconfinder has great structure.
This is great! Like half way between a hand drawn sketch and computer wireframe.
I noticed how the layouts contain only shapes, and all text is off the side as notes. What made you take this route? I usually include text in my wireframes, but I'd like to try something like this!
@Ted Goas The good thing about using the gray scale is to avoid the annoying black lines that is the default for most wireframing software. The black lines are not very good at showing the visual hierachy of the page. I use black shapes with 20% opacity and then when you layer them they become darker.
The notes are just for explaining what stuff are on a high level. We don't have to communicate with clients so we can keep the notes on a minimum.
