The Ask: Find out why Sprint’s “Switch to Sprint” is performing poorly on the homepage and respective landing page then redesign both.
The Answer: Based on user testing, we created a homepage section and landing page that concisely highlight exactly what prospect customers want to know: the benefits. The landing page also includes three digestible steps with re-purposed parts of the homepage to reduce clicks.
