On Tuesday night, Rumble Labs hosted the first Belfast Ruby meetup of the year. There were 3 talks given during the evening, one being my talk on incorporating version control into your development workflow using Git (my first public talk, woo!).
Here's just one of the slides, but take a peek at the full keynote on speakerdeck.
After my short introductory talk, I gave a live demonstration showing how easy it is to get started with Git and Github. If you're interested, I wrote up my demo notes in this Gist.
It was a great night, with over 70 attendees as well as beers and pizza aplenty! If you're interested in attending next month's meetup, follow @BelfastRuby on Twitter for updates.
Oh, and I wrote an article for Rumble Labs' blog, have a quick read!
