Redesigned Lyft's new customer sign up system using data driven design, from a really inefficient ~150 actions ( +1 min ) to a mostly automated bite-sized 9 actions ( ~15s ) ! This now allows Lyft's potential customers to make it through authentication in under the average 30s app trial window, with enough time to make a purchase decision :)
