do you allow yourself to feel and be happy?

I'm often thinking to myself, "Ok, now I'm happy, but feels like there's something wrong. Definitely something is off".

I've been meeting amazing people, doing interesting work that I'm really enjoying doing and even though we here in Brazil are going through a super rough period regarding the pandemic, I'm feeling good.

But there's always that voice on my mind that kinda makes me guilty of this. There's nothing wrong with feeling good because good things are happening to you, your family, friends, etc. Regarding of what's going on

My message to you, is that you should allow yourself to be happy and see yourself in a more bright light.
