Coffeelog Additional Ways Of Preparation

An often heard request after launching Coffeelog last month has been additional ways of preparation to choose from. We're preparing three new icons for version 1.1 which should hit the App Store by mid february. But first, I'd like to get your opinion on them. At least I hope it's clear, which methods we want to add?
