Beverbach Whiskey – Packaging

Hardenberg Wilthen Distillery is placed in the shadow of the castle, belonging to the Hardenberg family since 1287. The company itself was established exactly 320 years, in 1700. At the moment, it is the second biggest consumable alcohol manufacturer in the Germany.

Beverbach Single Malt Germany Whiskey 2018 is the first premium whiskey that opened to shoopers after distillery restructurized. The name itself comes from the river that flows along the distillery.

Revolution in management also defined the image of the spirits itself. Beverbach is an excellent example of going with the trends, from its label, through promotional materials and packaging itself.

Beverbach's brand book is based on sharp cut elements, through which they are allowed to create modern and classy collages. Overall product is topped with small treatments, visible on the label.

We couldn't resist and had to form the packaging shape to showcase the modern spirit. This helped us achieve strongly distinguishable product on the shelf.

We've decided to try open packaging to showcase the bottle more, as itself with its magnificent label proves the quality Beverbach offers. The box goes well with the branding, which is composed of cuts present in the brand book. Again, small treatments had to be present. In this case, golden/copper packaging foil was a good choice to reflect distillery equipment and the colour of the whiskey itself.
