First exploration of a series of Loading State animations for Mixed Reality devices.
Spinning wheels, progress bars and other loading animations are working well on screens because we are detached from the device. But for the future of Mixed Reality devices, we need to explore new unobtrusive ways of animating UI elements in front of peoples eyes.
In this first concept, I used the dilation-contraction movement of the human eye to indicate a loading state for search results. If you like this exploration, watch out for more designs in the coming weeks.
