I've made some iterations to the current dashboard to include a more sophisticated colour palette as well as refined some features. The purpose of the dashboard is to monitor the performance and targets for recruiters within a sales organisation.
Don't forget to check out the real pixels for even more screens!
Note: I couldn't help myself so I "ios-7-ized" the dashboard for fun. Check it out here!
Have an awesome Christmas! :)

Super Awesome design love it!
Beautiful work here!
I freaking like.
Great design... Dont really like the colors... Not enough "weight" and they seem a little soft for the design. But overall looks great!
@Malte Westedt @Daniel @Nathan Godding @Omar F - Many thanks guys :)
@JC Neal - Thanks for the feedback dude! That's a good point, still trying to get the colours right :)
@Balraj Chana Yea... The baby blues are kind of colors for more for a box of tissue and make everything sort of blend together. It makes the eye work harder to define specific areas of the dashboard. Remeber... this ia a "Dashboard Command Center" thats going to put me in total charge of the content and allow me to monitor things at a glance. I think stronger colors and more contrast will be easier on the eye and allow sections to be clearly defined...
@Balraj Channa Just my thoughts... ;-)
So nice, how do you manage so many different blue, and it made the orange amazing.
Really good, although i can't understand what the "Top Billers" circular graphs are referring too since there's no labeling or what so ever. Maybe you should create some guidelines to read those graphics so the user won't be "guessing" what are those graphs referring too. Other than that, great work! :)
Color scheme is fantastic, nice work
@JC Neal - Dude that is awesome! I understand if you're referring to the blue header, the different tones could have more contrast so I'll give it a go. Again thanks for feedback, always appreciated :)
@minhuahui - Thank you very much! :) There are slight variations of the blue but I may change it to a different colour to differentiate between the actions and stats.
@Pedro Sombreireiro - Great suggestion, I was thinking of including a hover state but for consistency I'll supply labels to avoid confusion. Thanks again dude :)
@Kyle Larson - Thank you very much Kyle! :)
This is super lovely. Nice use of colour and space.
