Mobile Self-Service is a new Salesforce Service Cloud product that we've been hard at work on for the past 3 months.
This app helps our customers quickly create a support community with Q&A, Knowledge Articles, Ideas, and Case management for their products/service.
It's a responsive web app with components that can be easily branded by our customers and are ready to use out of the box. The pilot release will be available Feb 2014.
