Yum! System map

A recent map project based on SimpleMaps.com's system.

The project starts with an updated Excel file, which is converted via a PHP script to the Javascript format that SimpleMaps runs off of. During that process, images are inserted for certain countries, and each country is given 1-3 columns for the brands that are available in the country. In the Germany example, there are no Taco Bells, only KFC and Pizza Hut. Output is working and tested in IE7+ and all the other usual suspects.

Design done via pen sketches and CSS tweaks. Photoshop wasn't opened at all on this one.
