Anxiety

Visual representation of how anxiety feels to me. All the weird thoughts squished inside my brain fighting for attention.

Having said that, I'm feeling pretty good at the moment. I'm putting more effort into going for a walk in the morning, practising yoga, focusing properly on my design work and reading.

At the start of lockdown I got stuck in the loop of watching too much TV, going to bed late, not being able to sleep properly and then feel like total shit the next day. I knew that had to change!
