@Manyo M. would love to have something similar to that desk! Did you make it?

Hey @Brandon Escalante yeah, made it myself or, some part of it at least.
It's a 8 x 2 ft. board, i got from the hardware store, smoothed it with some fine sandpaper and stained it.
The legs(ordered those at a local shop) are basically 1" wide iron strip, that's bent into a rectangle and welded. Each has two holes drilled in so it can be bolted to the board. So it's basically the board sitting on top of the iron rectangles. (You also need something going across and holding the legs, so it's not wobbly. I didn't do that because the whole thing wasn't going to go through the stairs. Just bolted two supports to the board and the wall)

@Manyo thanks for the reply! That's awesome. I'm really considering doing something similar with some IKEA parts. The only concern I was having was exactly what you had mentioned, with the wobbly legs, so I might go wooden legs so I can screw in some support 'beams'? So it doesn't get pulled and cracked, etc... thanks for the help! What brand stain did you use / color?

@Brandon I screwed two small metal supports to the under side of the board and to the wall to and it works well so far.
Regarding the stain- I don't remember the brand, but i think price wise it was some mid-range product. Color was palisander wood.
Got inspired to do something on my own when i stumbled upon these guys a couple years ago.
    Hope this helps!
