Collaborative Task Management App Design

Tired of messy to-do lists, forgotten meetings, and thousands of messages to keep everybody updated? Check out our design for an app that can solve all these problems!

Neauted is an app  that connects users with their business partners, colleagues, clients, friends, neighbors — anyone, who might have mutual goals with them. It allows to set goals and corresponding tasks, plan meetings, and  manage notes together. Great tool to keep everybody on track and up-to-date!

The first slide features a homepage with a list of all goals, tasks, and meetings so that nothing gets out of a user's sight. The second slide shows a task list and a chosen task screen. Users can set a due date, assignee, add description, sub-tasks, and leave comments. The third slide demonstrates the process of a new meeting creation.

The UI colors are bright to achieve contrast between elements of the app and visually structure them. Different colors of app entities (Notes, Meetings, Tasks) make it much easier for users to navigate the interface.
