Each card under the 1-on-1 meetings section represents a 1-on-1 between a Manager and their reports. Peoplebox pulls the dates and events data from Google Calendar or Office 365. A person can also create their own 1-on-1 if they don't want to sync their calendar. We categorize 1-on-1s under Today, Tomorrow, This Week, and Past.
The right-hand side of this dashboard collects and collates action items(todos or tasks) from different 1-on-1s. They get a bird's eye view of all the tasks that come out from their 1-on-1s. These action items can have different views based on sorting and filter. We've also added reminders as we found that it's useful for the user to close the loop.
