Vector set 23 promo stuff

Today, we're releasing another collaboration effort between Go Media and illustrator extraordinaire Steve Knerem. Ladies and gentlemen, it's my pleasure to be introducing vector set 23: oh the horror!

The support material I've created stems from a poster that will be used as a tutorial support. The poster was started by Steve, and finished by @Jeff Finley and myself. The goal was to emulate old horror movie posters.
