Mobile-first Recruiting App

I've conducted a ton of interviews over the last 2 years and was helping a friend come up with ideas to apply to YC.

One of the ideas I helped him with dealt with building a mobile-first recruiting application. This is what came out of it. :]

The goal was to simplify everything to the point where an engineer can look at this profile and have an idea of whether they want to interview the candidate in less than 10 seconds. Users would rate their expertise in a skill and have a code sample below it, which would help normalize their actual skill level vs their perceived skill. Also, instead of showing 10 workplaces, we only show the two most important jobs highlighted by the candidate. There would of course be an option to dive further, but again, this was purely optimized to save recruitment time.

One of my friends still may work on this idea. It was fun to make!

Check out the 2x! Also, a 1400px-wide version is here: http://cl.ly/image/2A31393i2W1v.
