Rosa

St. Elmo's original fruited kettle-sour "Rosa" has now returned, and with a new label. This raspberry sour was created with the brewery's kettle souring method, which uses a mixed culture of lactic acid bacteria to create a smooth and lemony tartness. Highly recommend this beer!
