People Management - Workplace Bullies

People Management magazine recently commissioned me to create four illustrations for a feature about different types of workplace bully.

This illustration is about 'The Snake', who may appear to be your friend but could stab you in the back. This character is gossipy, spreads rumours, uses personal information against you and makes false allegations.
