A letter to D,

Part of my continuing exploration of 3D software this experiment focused heavily on procedurally rendered materials and endless shading nodes ( adobe Illustrators: think Vector over pixel ) as well as soft lighting and camera techniques to render a surreal and abstract letter D for my upcoming 36 Days of type project.
