linkedIn home page redesign

Hello friends,
this Is how I imagine a newly redesigned version of Linkedin (home page).
I intended to use some UI trends to satisfy users’ aesthetic requirements but also provide them with a high level of usability.
I focused on familiarity wanted to keep most of the original elements but still I tried to add new things and make some changes that I feel will help with the user experience such as more work pro typeface that is related to the internet for digital networking and hiring platform. I also added an application process where you can follow in which stage your application is (applied, consideration, interview, test, accepted, hired)
this is just a concept art design. I hope you guys like the concept.
