Portrait Pause

I'm working on a self-portrait illustration for my site/fun. I'm doing it in Illustrator with the pen tool. Just drawing shapes and moving points. It takes a long time. It helps me to stop from time to time and play with overlays and textures to get a bit of immediate gratification. This is one of those. I'm still working on illustration details, but fun to see how I might be able to use it in compositions later.
