Today we launched Instagram for iOS 7!
You'll see a lot less chrome, full bleed images, more whitespace, and a lot of other small and large changes.
We focused on putting the content even more to the forefront than before.

Lovely update! Is the icon also going to be changed sometime?
Nice work! I hat to be a party pooper but could you please flatten the app icon as well? It's the only one that hasn't gotten the iOS7 treatment on my home screen and feels strikingly out of place.
I'll buy a beer or two for you in exchange for filling this request.
YES! Finally. I've been waiting for this update. Great work man.
Are the border effects still available, if so, I wonder what they look like on full bleed.
Well done, the feed even loads faster
Everything looks good other than the icon. Dat icon!
Love the changes, you guys! Can't say enough how much I enjoy the thoughtfulness that appears to have gone into this update.
Love it, just change homescreen icon :)
The app redesign looks great, now just waiting for a new icon!
Dude has well manicured fingernails.
Everything looks great for first version of iOS7 design (since the app was developed for iOS6 experience). Only the profiles are bit off. Lets wait for next versions! :)
It feels like there's a mismatch between the content feeds and the content creation interface since that area hasn't changed.
Pull To Refresh - finally! Oh.. Button To Refresh...
That's interesting. What made you guys want to keep the gradient in the bottom menu?
Not a big fan to be honest. It feels unfinished and inconsistent. The icon desperately needs an update as well.

The missing icon for iOS 7 version of Instagram.
The inner logo has the same shape as any other iOS 7 icon.

@Maykel Loomans Looking fresh, good job! Now match styling on Photo Map and Post Creation views and push 4.2.1 :-)
@Tom Brennessl In due time! Work in progress. :)
Sharp! Congrats to the team for the awesome work.
@Maykel Loomans excited! i love it.
Great redesign, Why does the camera view look the same though? Seems awfully inconsistent? Also the icon as others have mentioned, should really be updated...
update the icon! =D
