Subscriptions

The Subscription's section in the 1.0 version of Zypher was tucked away under Account (seemed logical, and it still is). I quickly discovered a problem that most users never realised these plans existed. So they've been given their dedicated window directly under settings.

All this and a lot more, coming in 1.1.0 very soon.
