Childcare Notes App

R4Q is a tool that allows authorised officers to collect information on childcare services to ensure they are abiding by the law in regards to the health and safety of children.

I conducted user interviews and user testing to sketch up a solution that was not only intuitive but was user centric. This design is the MVP for the first release.
