Chase App Home Redesign!
I have recently opened a chase account and was excited to use the mobile app for the first time. I expected just an intuitive experience from the so-called top tier bank. I was greatly frustrated with the sub-optimal mobile app that lacks pretty much basic usability and accessibility standards.
The content was hard to focus and scan with overwhelming text in tiny font size. My long time search for the primary banking function "transfer money" finally succeeded after finding it buried at the tail of the long scrolling home screen.
I just redesigned the home screen solving the pain points I experienced as the first time.
