Exploring visual concepts for our new "Know your customer" process on the Rewire app.

So far we have been using out-of-the-box 3rd party KYC solutions which ran their own visual flows inside of our app.

after some research we have found various critical flaws in the way their screens communicated with our customers, in a way that made the outcome less than optimal.

The presented screen holds various visual solutions to the problems which we have found out from the research.
