Practice These Coping Skills Every Day:
1. Find small ways to be of service to others.
2. Find workable goals that give you a sense of accomplishment.
3. Schedule pleasant activities or events.
4. Stay in the present.
5. Exercise: And, eat right too.
6. Be Happy.
