Nutriciency is a mobile app that aims to help people efficiently transition to a plant-based diet that contains high nutritional values. Eating meat has proven to be a substantial cause for environmental pollution, and many people have chosen to transition to a plant-based diet to help make a difference. Not to mention the countless health benefits a plant-based diet has!
The application is personalized for each user’s goals and tracks a variety of important health information such as calories, carbs, fats, and many others. You can track the nutritional value of your meals and the calories burned every work out, so you can keep track of your progress towards your final goal! If you’re struggling to figure out what to eat, the app will even give you suggestions that fit within your daily eating goals.
If you ever get demotivated and think about falling back into your old eating habits, you can make use of the blog page where you will find articles about the latest nutritional facts or watch video’s of your favorite athletes for inspiration.
