Arete is a startup whose founders had firsthand experience with the pressures and challenges young athletes are faced with at the beginning of their careers. They reached out to us to design an app that would act as a personal wellbeing coach who will contribute to athletes' performance and help them build a mindset that wins matches and games.
Some say that a staggering 90% of athletic success lies in mental strength. So Arete gives young minds the tools to build up mind muscles. 🧠 💪
