Plum Blossom Fan

Plum blossoms(méi-huā) is one of the most beloved flowers in China. They are seen as an example of resilience and perseverance in the face of adversity as they bloom most vibrantly amidst the winter snow.

I was curious if I can somehow represent it in Procreate.
