Typeface is Bayard, designed by Tré Seals (@studio-seals) founder of type foundry Vocal, and part of the less than 4% of practicing designers in America that are Black.
The typeface was named after Bayard Rustin, a close advisor to Martin Luther King and one of the most influential and effective organizers of the civil rights movement.
