Quick redesign of the new timetable boards at Penn Station in NY

My redesign appears first

I will eventually revisit this (I'm not happy with the service alert section and want to rethink the timetable layout). I just wanted to offer a quick reassignment of space. I really hope the MTA and LIRR revisit their design decisions...
