Chips & Delster Union Logo (GIF)

Me & some of my collegues at Pichak Co. used to have Delster & Chips as evening snack. So I made a name for our gang : Chips & Delster Union :D
As you see, I've designed two versions of the logo; with and without chips. Please let me now of your idea about it.
