Songnotes Subnav (zoomed)

Main problem this is meant to solve: making an effort to better inform users who arrive via SEO (who don't know what makes Songnotes different than any other chords/tab site) that each song page contains far more than just the lyrics + chords. The subnav is sticky if you scroll down (affixes itself to the top of the window), letting you wayfind + navigate up and down each song a bit easier.

Also just added Proxima Nova to be the main typeface... still some tightening up to do, but glad to be pushing things forward.
