I went back to the drawing board on this one, was not totally satisfied with the original look and feel. So I feel a bit better about this one. The same functionality thing applies, the site is justified left, there is a fixed side bar, it is responsive, rotating banner and I am toying around with the thought of having the side bar collapse so the content will have a bit more real estate. Thoughts?

The banner image is a bit blurry and will change once i get better photos.
