So glad you're keeping it real and not going 100% flat. Superb buttons as always, with gradients and shadows that lie comfortably between skeuomorphic (or Web 2.0) and flat.

Just out of curiosity, why have the top border darker on the hover? Does it indicate something?
I was wondering about that darker top border on the hover/selected state in the dropdown.
@Ste Grainer I have a feeling that's not hovered, but pressed state and he probably meant to give it a slightly 3D look. Not sure though.
