Note App UI In-Progress v4

Progression on the UI work for a note-taking app that also records audio and video while you type. Getting closer now, with final refinements needed on the record/playback controls and the Highlight icon (current icon is a very quick n' dirty placeholder).

Still sorting out how to represent states (record/playback/static) which is also up next. I like the subtle blue-green color that matches the playback control window, though I want to try emphasizing this more with a button color change to go with the highlight color.

It's been a fun project — I can't wait to see how it codes up once the visual and UI work is completed.
