Personas & Archetypes

When I do personas, I like to keep things simple and useful:
- Primary personas get the most detail, they are the ones we design for and keep in mind at all times
- Secondary and Thirdiary personas are less important and only necessary for specific features of flows
- Archetypes > Personas: thinking first about archetypes and then about a persona that fits that archetype
