iOS Homescreen Dialer

Since universal search is no longer to the far left in iOS 7, I thought this was the perfect opportunity to play with an idea I'd use every day. Wouldn't it be cool if we could replace the far left screen with other utilities for quick access to things you use daily like a lock screen, camera, calculator, our even our beloved dialer?

Well, here it is. What I think a homescreen dialer could look like on iOS 7. Don't forget to click on the attachments for the whole sha-bang.

I've never been a fan of the iOS dialer app. The dialer we see in iOS 7 isn't what I'd call much of an improvement. I'm assuming Apple doesn't allow third party dialers in the app store. (If I'm wrong... let's build one... no, seriously.) Either way, I can't stand it.
