Hello, Dribbblers! 🏀

First shot of my UX career! Started ~10 months ago with my company where we're currently building and implementing a platform for teams and organizations to track overall health. It's data pulled from anonymous surveys taken by the team members, leaders, and executives alike.

We also implement our own personality system within companies, focused on increasing communication and fostering relationships to equip high performing teams.

Super cool concept, excited to see where this tool takes us in the future.
