game credits, CATDAMMIT!

Hi, guys here's a screenshot from my upcoming little free web game CATDAMMIT!'s main menu. What do you think rating should be for such visuals? It's covered cartoon nudity but is it ok for teenagers to watch it? I'm concerned because I think I should include a warning before videos I'm about to post and I don't really know the rules. Or maybe there's no need for such warnings in this case?
